Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an independent, physician-owned primary care practice in Troutdale, Oregon, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Portland.
This opportunity offers a flexible 3–4 day workweek in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on building long-term relationships with patients. The provider will see both in-office and telemedicine patients and provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric patients over 2 years old and adults.
Experienced providers are preferred, but the practice is also open to new graduates and offers mentorship from an experienced clinical team.
Responsibilities Conduct preventative health and wellness exams Manage acute and chronic conditions for pediatric patients ages 2+ and adults Order and interpret diagnostic testing Coordinate referrals and follow-up care Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time Apply appropriate billing and coding knowledge Communicate effectively with patients and the broader care team
