We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time orthoptist based out of our West Des Moines clinic.
The orthoptist will work closely with the pediatric ophthalmologist to provide comprehensive care for our patients. This position will provide clinical care and expertise for diagnosis and treatment of patients with eye muscle and binocular vision disorders.
Responsibilities:
Candidates must be skilled at detecting and devising treatment plans for disorders of the eyes that prevent normal vision such as strabismus and amblyopia. Daytime travel required. When traveling outside your base clinic travel time and mileage will be reimbursed.
