Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for locating items in the warehouse using picking lists or RF scanners, carefully packaging orders to prevent damage, and preparing shipments for delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Locate, select, and retrieve products from warehouse shelves, racks, or bins according to customer orders or picking lists.
- Scanning & Tracking: Use RF (Radio Frequency) scanners to record inventory movement, update stock levels, and verify item accuracy.
- Packing & Packaging: Securely wrap, box, and pack products according to company standards to ensure safe transit during shipping.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and ensure order quantities and specifications match customer requests.
- Shipping Preparation: Label boxes with correct shipping info, weigh packages, and stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
- Inventory Maintenance: Assist with regular cycle counts, restock shelves, and immediately report inventory discrepancies or low stock levels.
