Picker/Packer - Fort Worth
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our logistics team at a fast-paced, state-of-the-art third-party logistics fulfillment center. You will play a crucial role in the supply chain by accurately selecting customer orders and preparing products for safe and timely shipment.
Shift Patterns
Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rates
16.50 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Picker/Packer
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
Experience working in a production tracking fast paced job environment
Desirable Requirements for Picker/Packer
Experience working in a 3PL environment
Familiarity with picking and packing operations
Strong communication skills, ability to take direction and follow instructions, ability to pivot job duties as needed
Role for Picker/Packer
Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate, identify, and retrieve items listed on digital picking sheets or RF scanners
Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications and carrier requirements to ensure damage-free delivery
Scan and double-check product barcodes, item numbers, and quantities to maintain 100% order accuracy
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to update real-time stock levels and order statuses
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station
