Job Location: Madera - Madera, CA 93637, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $70,304.00 - $150,000.00 Base+Commission/month, Salary Range $70,304 Draw base - 25% commission on gross profit (less draw base). Job Function & Purpose Bring in Business. Fulfill customer needs by selling and renting products offered by our Dealership at a competitive price and high degree of satisfaction. To represent and promote the Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental Department operations and store network in a positive manner, which ensures customer confidence, repeat business, and maximum return for the Dealership. Responsibility As a sales associate for Garton Tractor, you are responsible to create, maintain, support our client base, and generate sales/rental revenues/profit margins as defined by management. Principal & Essential Duties Selling – The Company’s products and services. Set acceptable annual sales volume and profit margin goals and achieve them! Profitably rent approved tractors and Ag construction equipment through Garton Tractor and Golden State Rentals per the Rental Rate Chart Guideline. Promptly sell trade-ins. Concentrate on selling on a first in, first out basis! Be a “Suggestive Seller”; sell attachments/accessories. Develop your skills with self-training programs.
